I finally made it back to doing some training this morning, the first time for nearly 3 weeks. I did a light session, but made sure I did all the exercises slowly. A count of 5 for the eccentric part (negative or downward phase) and count of 3 on the concentric phase. It really got the muscles burning and made sure I kept perfect form throughout the exercise.
To many people don't get the results they want, not because they are not trying, but because they do not maintain OR even know the correct way to perform the exercise. Get this right and you will feel and see the results, faster and you will train safer.
