Ladies, have you found that "the time of the month" has an impact upon your weight? Do you retain more water etc resulting in an increase in your weight.
I have a client that seems to gain 1 - 2 lbs during this period, (if you know what I mean). Just wondering if this is usual and what have your experiences been, and have you found a resolution or do you lose extra weight the week after?
