As a Personal Trainer I feel it is important to learn new exercises and techniques that get good results, and then sharing them so others can benefit. These exercises would be good various lower back problems, and could be done to reduce the risk of problems in the future, I have added them to my regular workout.
It is important, as with all exercise, to maintain good techqnique and form to get the best from these exrcises, and as I point out in the video I did seek professional advice (Doctor and Physiotherapist) before doing this routine and to this intensity.
