I am often asked by clients what reading would I recommend for exercises and nutrition etc. I often find there is are hundreds more like thousands of books available, but most say the same things and show the same exercises to be honest.
So I have a basic library of books that I refer, which are easy to understand and use. Because Personal Training is my living I do use a number of more scientific journals,and sport specific books; but for general health and fitness, you don't need these to achieve results. So here is a starter list of my "everyday" books that you may find useful to give you some guidance and aid you to achieving great things.
